ART from the SOUL

The ART from the Soul concept is about our individual CREATIVE EXPRESSION.
The principles fundamentals, and techniques used in the program are for individuals or groups seeking alternative ways of living.

In Recovery and Therapeutic Environments:

ART from the SOUL is applicable to group and individuals or to enhance an existing recovery program. ART from the SOUL sessions allow participants to open doors, identify barriers, and explore possibilities while interacting within a group through art and visual journaling. Each individual has the opportunity to explore ways to change negative and destructive behavior into positive and constructive behavior patterns.

ART from the SOUL participants are able to reach personal discoveries of awareness and purpose from exercises learned in our 12 week programs. These discoveries in turn will assist the participants to discover other issues to be explored and the confidence to achieve their own creative goals.

ART from the SOUL Workshop/Program Rates:

½ Day Workshop
Artist Fee: $200 + material costs
Classroom and media are furnished by the hosting organization.

Full Day Workshop
Artist Fee: $400 + material costs
Classroom and media are furnished by the hosting organization.

12 Week, ½ Day Workshops
Artist Fee: $2,400 + material costs
Classroom and media are furnished by the hosting organization.

Mally Grimshaw Pettit, Artist

Mally Grimshaw Pettit, an Alumnus of the Museum of Fine Arts School, Boston, Tufts University and Montserrat College of Art, where she studied Abstract Expressionism, Color Theory and Design, and Creative Expression. Mally is the owner of ART from the SOUL, an art sales, art education company. A painter, her paintings are part of numerous private collections throughout the United States. She works with creative expression in art and visual journaling and believes the process is the art.
